The total payout amount to the marketplace operator is computed using the below algorithm.
Algorithm: TPM (total payout marketplace) = CO – D2
Where:
- CO (commission amount) = B + C – A2 – A3
- OR (Operator Remitted fees) = E – A4
- B, C, A2, A3 – as defined in Shop Settlement Invoices section
- D2 (Acquiring Fees) = TBD_FIXED_FEE + TBD_%_FEE * CO
